62 Years of Bondage : How Shall We Rejoice in Chains?

“By the rivers of Babylon[Niger] there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion. 2.We hanged our harps upon the willows in the midst thereof. 3. For there they that carried us away captive required of us a song; and they that wasted us required of us mirth, saying, Sing us one of the songs of Zion. 4. How shall we sing the LORD’S song in a strange land?” — Psalms 137:1-4

The above verses from the book of Psalms captured the state of my mind on this another miserable Remembrance Day of October 1st. of the Nigeria Independence.

How can I celebrate my chains and bondage in the Internally Displaced Persons Camp named and christened Nigeria.

The British Imperial Con Game

For 62 godless years, I and my fellow indigenous people of this geographic space were conned and stripped bare of our sovereign rights as human beings.

We were conned into believing that what took place on October 1st, 1960 in Nigeria was the handing over ceremony of a pristine virgin nation instead of a raped, ravaged, ragged and mismatched haggard country.

Although the old colonial ceremonial flag was lowered on that inglorious day of 1st October 1960 but the new flag raised up was not the flag of a Sovereign State but of a Vassal State. We were conned.

We thought with the new flag, the gang raping of our lands, the debauchery of our bodies, the exploitation of our resources would stop. Nothing of such happened. But rather, the abuses of savage debauchery, and inhuman rapine of our lands and persons intensified and expanded under the new Green-White-Green Vassal Independence flag. We were humiliated and treacherously conned.

For 62 godless years, the Indigenous People of this geographic space were secretly denied every resource and every opportunity for growth and development in all spheres of life. This was done with the help of some carefully selected eunuchs — men without balls — among us, who we mistakenly called political leaders but who in actual fact were trained to MisLead us into penury and slavery. We were conned.

Instead and like in the days of the Atlantic Slavery when fake guns, fake gold and fake money were given to our forefathers in exchange for our brothers and sisters, the new MisLeaders of phantom Nigeria were similarly given fake education, fake religion and fake currency as money. The imbeciles guzzled at the filth served on their plates and they became bloated with poisonous values and cultures. They were conned and the MisLeaders conned us in turn.

Today, as a result of the British Imperial Con Game perpetrated on us and aided by our simple-hearted gullibility, the indigenous people of Nigeria are in a state of abject poverty of the mind, of the body, of the spirit and of the environment. Indeed, we have been totally and comprehensively conned.

Nigeria As A Filthy Rag

Because of the success of the British Imperial Con Game, the indigenous people have become the Zombies of the world. We are the real walking dead who are joyously living in filth, thinking in filth, and behaving in filth. Everything in the country — everything that we call progress; everything that we call development; everything that we call Success; and everything that we call Happiness — are all like “filthy rags”.

It was the Book of Isaiah that put it in a clearer and more forthright language when it says,

“But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.” —

Isaiah 64:6

This is where Nigeria is precariously positioned today — as a “filthy rag”. If this is the true state of our mental, spiritual, psychological, economic, social and political circumstances, What then have the indigenous people of Nigeria found worthy enough to be celebrated under a “fantastically” corrupt and filthy climate?

On what basis can any of the indigenous people of ‘Nigeria’ describe our current human state as joyful and as a state of affair worthy of rejoicing under the unprecedented corrupt, filthy, inhuman and degenerate conditions?

The question is, Why are the indigenous people of ‘Nigeria’ so shamelessly untruthful when we continue to give each other testimonies of success, of happiness, of greatness and of wonderful material breakthrough? Are our spirits not perishing and our souls not dying under the weight of the most corrupt and the filthiest political, social and economic arrangements ever constituted in the annals of nations?

So, my dear fellow indigenous people of Nigeria, let us be truthful and sincere with each other. Our lives, our corruption, our filth, our decadence and our spiritual rot are stinkingly irritating. Our neighbours are complaining about our offensive odours drifting into their space. And by now, heaven must be really disappointed in what we have become as a people so richly blessed.

There is no joy in our lands and souls. We have been pilloried into nothingness by those that created Nigeria for their personal aggrandisement and incontinent greed.

The Great Journey to The Land of Freedom

The indigenous people of Nigeria must call a break to our careless Negligence, our ignoble Ignorance and our unforgivable Stupidity. We must seek spiritual healing for our individual and collective blindness, deafness, dumbness and mental weakness as a people.

We must open our eyes to see where the uncomfortable and unproductive rain that is beating us is coming from. We must seek with all our might and energy for the true freedom of our body, mind and spirit.

We must embark from today, on the great journey to the Land of Freedom. Each must decide to leave the internally displaced persons camp built specifically for our spiritual and political imprisonments. We were forcefully rounded up like cattle and locked up into this geographic space of a prison called Nigeria. We have become prisoners — innocent prisoners that did no one any harm — on the ancestral lands that nature graciously bestowed to our ancestors as the inheritance of their children forever.

Fellow indigenous peoples of Nigeria, since 1914, we have been held up in a big Estate and Slave Plantation called NIGGER-RIA. We were denied freedom to express our natural essences as human beings. We were mentally conditioned and psychologically brainwashed to love our political chains and the economic enslavement. And we have been so meticulously hypnotised to the extent that we can see nothing wrong with calling ourselves ‘NIGGER-RIAN’.

Even now and despite all that we know and all that have been disclosed about our historical past, some Indigenous people are still resisting to seek freedom as a fundamental human right and some of us are ready and willing to die for ‘NIGGER-RIA’.

What a set of befuddled people?

Dear Fellow Indigenous People, the fault is not wholly ours, it is the fault of those who are claiming to be civilised but are not. Those that are using all their Machiavellian cleverness to hold us down for exploitative political abuse and economic manipulation.

This is my cry to you today. Fellow Indigenous People of ‘Nigeria’, Awake and Arise from your state of slumber and SIN (Stupidity, Ignorance and Negligence) and set yourself free.

It is only you who can set yourself free. There is No Messiah, No Political Leader, No Religious Leader, No Parent and No Teacher or Guru that can set you free. It is a task that each must decide to do and must set out to do and to do with all the might and strength of your being.

I am talking about the serious business of setting yourself free Mentally. This must precede before Spiritual Freedom can happen. It is the gaining of the freedom of the mind and the spirit that will eventually translate into Political Freedom.

Therefore, on this first day of October, 2022, I beseech thee, dear Fellow Indigenous People of ‘Nigeria’, let’s put aside the old spirit of filth and corruption. Let’s put on a new garment of SEEKERS of Truth and Life.

Let us seek to learn and to understand our pathetic situations as a people who have been conned, locked up and turned into innocent prisoners of those who created Nigeria for their inordinate political ambitions and vulgar economic interest.

Let us use the knowledge that we shall discover in our search for the truth of our unpalatable circumstances as tools with which to unlock the keys of the mental dungeon and of the political and socioeconomic chains of the Internally Displaced People’s Camp in order to set ourselves free.

The Fulani Caliphate who we are seeing as and who are calling themselves the owners of the Estate of Nigeria are nothing but Vassal Overseers for the original creator and owner of Nigeria.

Let the real independent struggle of the Ethnic Nations begin in earnest. Always remember, we are a sovereign people. We must regain our sovereign rights from all those who have seized and withheld them from us all these years.

To Your Tents O! Indigenous Nations.

A New Day is Being Born

A New Day of Freedom in body, mind and spirit

A New Day of Total Deliverance from Corruption and Filth.

We must rise together to welcome the Blessed New Day of our Salvation.

In The Spirit of Truth
